This 112-page document brings together a wide range of assessments of the economic and socio-economic impact of agricultural biotechnology (both GMO and non-GMO) in developing countries. Due to the limited availability of literature on the impact of biotechnology applications in other sectors, it focuses on crop biotechnology but also includes a small number of studies on forestry and livestock.The studies included utilise economic, socio-economic, sociological and anthropological methodologies.
