Korea is under pressure to open its agricultural markets. The effects of the opening of the agricultural market increase rapidly agricultural imports and domestic production. This brings about a dip in the price of farm products and reduces income. Government is pushing to export agricultural product. This study aims to estimate management efficiencies for export farms and suggest marketing strategies in Kangwon Province. This study was to measure management efficiencies of Lily export farms in Kangwon Province. In this study 33 farms were surveyed, and analyzed management efficiencies using DEA. The result of the DEA efficiency showed that 5 farms were efficient in the technical aspect and other 24 farms were inefficient. Among the inefficient 24 farms, the number of farms below the efficiency score 0.7. In the average efficiency index, the size efficiency (0.642) was higher than the technical efficiency (0.358). Reason of the inefficient management was analyzed. Influence degree of each factor for the farms (DMU) was evaluated using the results of the efficiency measurement.
