Already for a rather long time the number of farms and the people employed in them becomes smaller, slowly small and medium enterprises appear in rural territories , the number of unemployed increases quickly and as the result - the migration abroad takes place in the research of labour. In such circumstances there is an actual question how to activate a large proportion of the rural population, especially those who live far away from large cities, to find new directions of activity, new skills of activity, engage in at least in the entrepreneurship and thus to provide for the improvement of their life quality. The aim of this research is to explain the importance of LRWA as a social organization for the stimulation of the entrepreneurship in the activity of the association.
