Improving the efficiency of nitrogen utilization and reduction of nitrogen emission into environment, can be provided with adequate content and an optimal ratio of crude protein fractions in the ration for high-yielding dairy cows. Requirements in the content of rumen undegradable protein in the ration for lactating cows increase with increasing levels of milk production. The high content of rumen undegradable protein in diet for high-yielding dairy cows can be provided by using protein feeds-sources of high-quality protected protein. Hence, the necessity arises for researching the possibilities of processing and use of certain protein feeds, in the rations for high-yielding dairy cows, in order to meet the requirements for high-quality rumen undegradable protein and utilizable amino acids. Using of mineral adsorbents in diets with excess rumen degradable protein has a positive effect on reducing emission of nitrogen into environment.
