Influence of the long-term starvation periods on juvenile bream thermopreference in various seasons of year | Влияние продолжительных периодов голодания на термоизбирание у молоди леща в различные сезоны года

Presence or absence of forage modifies essentially the reaction of thermal preferences in young fish in various seasons of a year that results in change of habitation biotope within the limits of a temperature range of the life activity. The purpose of the present investigation is to estimate influence of long starvation periods on thermal preferences of young bream Abramis brama L. in summer and spring at long presence in experimental thermogradient conditions. Two-year-old breams have been caught in summer and one-year-old ones were done in spring. The standard methods are used to define preferred and finally preferred temperature by young fish at thermogradient conditions. It is revealed, that the long starvation periods essentially influence temperature reactions in juvenile fishes in thermogradient conditions. Estimating starvation influence on thermopreference the experiments with duration of not less than 7-14 days are only authentic. The level of final preferred temperatures in juvenile bream during starvation in summer (26–30 deg С) decreases till 13–15 deg C. Introduction of the forage into thermogradient conditions both in summer and spring results in a choice of summer values of final preferred temperatures, which are optimal for the variety however, the rate of the choice is various. Absence of forage amplifies meanings of the preferred temperatures up to decreased ones and presence of forage stimulates fish to migrate to areas of summer temperatures. The thermopreference reactions of fish in a gradient of temperature can be used for an estimation of their physiological condition in different seasons and to characterize their thermoadaptation opportunity.

Наличие или отсутствие корма существенно модифицирует реакцию термоизбирания молоди рыб в различные сезоны года, что приводит к изменению биотопов обитания в пределах температурного диапазона жизнедеятельности. Цель настоящей работы – оценить влияние продолжительных периодов голодания на термоизбирание молоди леща Abramis brama L. в летний и весенний сезоны года при длительном нахождении в экспериментальных термоградиентных условиях. Для опыта отлавли-вались двухлетки леща летом и годовики весной. Использованы стандартные методы определения избираемой и окончательно избираемой температуры у молоди рыб в градиентных условиях. Выявлено, что длительные периоды голодания существенно влияют на температурные реакции молоди рыб в термоградиентных условиях. При оценке влияния голодания на термоизбирание достоверны только данные экспериментов с продолжительностью не менее 7-14 суток. Уровень окончательно избираемой температуры у молоди леща летом (26–30 град. С) при голодании понижается до 13–15 град. С. Внесение корма в термоградиентную установку как летом, так и весной приводит к выбору физиологически оптимальных для вида летних значений окончательно избираемой температуры, однако скорость выбора различна. Отсутствие корма расширяет значения избираемой температуры в сторону понижения, а наличие – стимулирует мигрировать в область летних значений температуры. Где возможен более быстрый рост. Реакции термоизбирания у рыб в градиенте температуры могут быть использованы для оценки их физиологического состояния в разные сезоны года и характеризуют их термоадаптационные возможности.
