Effect of basic tillage techniques on yielding capacity of cereal crops | Влияние способов основной обработки почвы на урожайность зерновых культур

英语. In arid regions, including the Lower Volga Region (Nizhneye Povolzhye), tillage is focused on the accumulation and economical use of moisture. According to the research institutions of the Lower Volga Region, variable depth combined tillage is most effective for the local conditions, including boardless, moldboard and surface tillage techniques. A chisel tillage tool Rancho (RT) was tested whose modular design enables adjusting RT for 8 different technologies of moldboard and boardless tillage with the control of the quality indicators of soil composition. The studies were conducted in 2010-2011 on light-chestnut soils of the Volgograd Region in three course crop rotation: black fallow - winter wheat - barley. The experiment included the following variants: moldboard tillage by a plow at 20-22 cm depth (control); chisel tillage by RT with soil loosening to 35 cm; chisel tillage by Rancho tools with soil loosening to 35 cm and soil overturning at 12-15 cm; and shallow tillage at 10-12 cm depth. The research results revealed the effect of basic tillage techniques on the yielding capacity of winter wheat and spring barley and a high effectiveness of the innovative basic tillage techniques with the application of chisel tools of the RT. The lowest yielding capacity of grain crops (1.57 t/ha for wheat and 1.72 t/ha for barley) was observed in the variant with surface tillage with disc tools. In the variant with the tillage tool the average yield capacity of winter wheat was 2.44-2.2.57 t/ha, barley – 1.64-1.72.

俄语. В засушливых районах, включая Нижнее Поволжье, центральным вопросом обработки почвы является накопление и рациональное использование влаги. В местных условиях наиболее эффективна разноглубинная комбинированная обработка почвы, включающая приёмы безотвальной, отвальной и поверхностной обработок. Испытывали чизельный рабочий орган «Ранчо» (РО), модульная конструкция которого позволяет настраивать его на выполнение 8 различных вариантов отвальной и безотвальной обработки почвы с регулированием качественных показателей почвенного сложения. Исследования проводились в 2010-2011 гг. на светло-каштановых почвах Волгоградской обл. в трёхпольном севообороте (чёрный пар – озимая пшеница – ячмень). Схема опыта включала следующие варианты: отвальная обработка плугом ПН 4-35 на глубину 20-22 см (контроль); чизельная обработка РО с рыхлением до 35 см; то же с оборотом пласта на 12-15 см; мелкая обработка БДТ-3 на глубину 10-12 см. Снижение урожайности озимой пшеницы и ячменя на делянках в контроле происходило вследствие образования больших глыб, что обусловливало интенсивную вентиляцию обработанного слоя и потерю влаги. Самая низкая урожайность зерновых культур (1,57 т/га для пшеницы и 1,72 т/га для ячменя) отмечалась в варианте с мелкой обработкой дисковыми орудиями. В варианте с применением РО средняя урожайность озимой пшеницы составила 2,44-2,57 т/га, ячменя – 1,64-1,72 т/га.
