Methodical aspect of monitoring diseases of grain crops | Методический аспект мониторинга болезней зерновых культур

英语. The problem of absence of state standard specifications and laws on phytosanitary monitoring of diseases of grain crops is considered. Basic documents for monitoring are the state standard 20562-75 Quarantine of Plants. Terms and definitions (the new interstate Protection of Plants standard — Terms and definitions now is developed), the state standard 28420-89 Quarantine of Plants. Methods of entomological examination of products of a stock, the Federal law on seed farming of December 17, 1997 No. 149, the Federal law on technical regulation of December 15, 2002 No. 184. The mentioned documents contain necessary methodical information only for an assessment of a seed material whereas the assessment of a phytosanitary condition of cultures and lands has no methodical base. It results in difficulties at a choice of a technique of the parametrical description of phytopathogenic process. Methods of calculation of prevalence , intensity and illness development factors are are supported on the results of visual evaluation having a subjective nature. The absent of a songle approach to parameters of accuracy of an assessment of phytopathogenic process and a diversity of techniques leads to impossibility of comparison of the data obtained by different authors. It is necessary to standardize the methodical support of field researches in phytopathology, as well as to develop techniques baed on using computer engineering for receiving and analyzing digital data.

俄语. Рассмотрена проблема отсутствия ГОСТов и законов о фитосанитарном мониторинге болезней зерновых культур. Базовыми документами для мониторинга являются ГОСТ 20562-75 Карантин растений. Термины и определения (в настоящее время разрабатывается новый межгосударственный стандарт Защита растений — Термины и определения), ГОСТ 28420-89 Карантин растений. Методы энтомологической экспертизы продуктов запаса, Федеральный закон о семеноводстве от 17 декабря 1997 года № 149-ФЗ, Федеральный закон о техническом регулировании от 15 декабря 2002 г. № 184-ФЗ. Упомянутые документы содержат необходимую методическую информацию только для оценки семенного материала, тогда как оценка фитосанитарного состояния культур и земель не имеет методической базы. Это приводит к сложностям при выборе методики параметрического описания фитопатогенного процесса. Методы расчета показателей распространенности, интенсивности и развития болезни в основном опираются на результаты визуальной оценки, которые носят субъективный характер. Отсутствие единого подхода к параметрам точности оценки фитопатогенного процесса и многообразие методик приводит к невозможности сравнения данных, полученных различными авторами. Необходимо стандартизировать методическое обеспечение полевых исследований в фитопатологии, а также разрабатывать методики, основанные на использовании компьютерной техники для получения и анализа цифровых данных.
