The theoretical positions of the estimation of the ecological risk degradation topsoil are presented. It is shown that the integral factor of the risk size of the soil ecological condition for such estimations is the most acceptable. This factor is calculated from these parameters, which give most information about soil condition. The integrated indicator is calculated for each individual parameter and than is compared with scale of soil degradation degrees. Five degrees of soil risk degradation were suggested. The submitted access of ecological risk evaluation is possible to use at realization of measures that lead not only to the soil conservation, but to the whole nature conservation, as well.
