Experiment was conducted under evaporative cooling system at 12 bird/square cm to compare the effect of 0.344 percent guava leaf (5 ppm quercetin and15.97ppm tannin) and 0.054 percent crude extract from guava leaf (5 ppm quercetin and 17.61 ppm tannin) in replacement for coccidiostat (60 ppm salinomycin) in feed on performance, coccidiosis prevention and cost production in broilers compared to non attenuate vaccine (Coccivac B) and attenuate vaccine (Livacox Q). Studied on 2540 heads of one day old male Ross 308 chicks were randomly allocated into 5 groups in the completely randomized design. Each group had 4 replicates and 127 chicks per pen were fed with the experimental diets for 6 weeks. There was no significant difference between 0.344 percent guava leaf group to 0.054 percent crude extract from guava leaf, salinomycin, Coccivac B, and Livacox Q groups in weight gain, growth rate, feed intake, feed conversion ratio, mortality, uniformity and carcass quality. It seems to 0.344 percent guava leaf group was weight gain (2228.18 g) and feed conversion ratio (1.79) better than 0.054 percent crude extract from guava leaf group. Similar to Livacox Q group was weight gain (2247.42 g) and feed conversion ratio (1.88) better than Coccivac B group, but no significant (P GT 0.05) There results were found low number of oocyst count in feces, no lesion score on E. tenella, LT0.50 lesion score on E. acervulina, and no significant difference among five groups in E. acervulina lesion at 21,28,35 days of age. Cost production per kilogram, the salinomycin group was lowest at 32.94 B/kg, next 0.344 percent guava leaf group at 33.35 B/kg but Coccivac B group was highest at 36.51 B/kg.
