The main aim of this study was to investigate the influence of various complex foliar fertilizers on fruit quality of zucchini squash. The experiments were carried out during the period 2007 пїЅ 2009, on Experimental field of Department of Horticulture at the Agricultural University of Plovdiv. Variety Izobilna F1 was used as a object of the experiments. The field experiments were done by randomized block design with four replications. Complex foliar fertilizers Fitona 3, Hortigrow and Humustim in three concentrations, separately and in background on soil fertilization N16P16K16 were used. In the fruit-bearing phase is followed mass- dry weight, total sugars пїЅ the methods Haygedorn-Jensen, content of nitrates of fruits пїЅ test method GOST 29270-95. The results show that application of foliar fertilizers Fitona, Hortigrow and Humustim and increased yields of zucchini in preserved and improved product quality, the dry matter, total sugars and content of nitrates in fruits
