The present work shows the nature and technological characteristics of the Electrospark alloying ESA advantages and disadvantages, and indicated his place among the other methods of coating. A comparative analysis of the technical parameters and the technological capabilities of the most popular installations for ESA and properties obtained with these coatings. The following are the recommended configurations of electrode materials for parts of machines of agricultural machinery. Proposed a classification of areas of agricultural machinery and outlines specific products for ESA. Analysed are the economic effects and benefits of the practical application of ESA in agricultural machinery.
