In course of the research there was developed analytical method of metrafenone residue determination based on the extraction of metrafenone from peas (Pisum sativum) and cucumber (Cucumis sativus) by mixture of acetonitrile-water, clean-up of extracts by partition in a system of unmixable solvents, and taking into account the biochemical composition of peas additional clean-up on column with aluminum oxide for this matrix and further GC determination. Residues of metrafenone in pea grain and cucumber were determined. At determination of residual quantities of metrafenone in grain of peas and cucumber fruits it was revealed that treatment by fungicide Flexiti, SC on peas crops it was possible to spend 30 days prior to harvesting. After triple application on a cucumber culture of metrafenone it was found out only in 2 hours after treatment on a limit of method sensitivity in number of 0.03 mg/kg.
