In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was studied the influence of silo from a mixture of corn and Rumex K-1 on digestibility of nutrients of diets young fattening cattle. Feeding silage prepared of a mixture of corn and rumex K-1 in the ratio of 70:30, 60:40, 50:50 does not have a significant effect on nutrient digestibility of diets. Consumption and intake of nitrogen increases by 8,5-38,2%, calcium – by 5-23,6%, respectively. Higher content of protein in diets of experimental groups made it possible to cut down the expenses of high-protein feeds, such as cakes or oil cakes. Feeding of experimental fattening bull-calves with silos had no reliable impact on digestibility of nutrients of diets. As in the experimental silos contained more protein and calcium, thus the animals of the experimental groups consumed and acquired authentically more nitrogen (on 10,7-37,7 and 8,5-38,2 %) and calcium (for 5-18,7 and 5,2-23,6%), respectively.
