In course of the research there was discussed the state of production and consumption of poultry meat. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research there were allocated the country's leaders for the production of poultry meat as well as leading exporters and importers. During the analysis the main trends of functioning of the market, its potential and prospects for development were identified. The poultry industry in the Republic of Belarus was also analyzed, the possible directions of its development were stated taking into account the changes and growth of world production. It was revealed that for search of new actual decisions in development of the Belarus market it is important to carry out monitoring of the world market for escalating on it presence of the Belarus manufacturers, to study regions of countries of the near abroad for the further expansion of the market, to come into contacts on mutually advantageous cooperation. Besides, for preservation of demand for the Belarus products of poultry farming it is necessary to provide high degree of knowledge as intermediaries, and consumers. It is necessary for Belarus manufacturers to remember constantly growing degree of globalization of the grocery markets.
