In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were presented results of estimation of external trade of agricultural raw materials and the foodstuffs in the member countries of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA). Also there were studied peculiar features of integration processes taking place in the countries of the EFTA. The realized analysis of foreign trade in agricultural raw material and the foodstuffs of the EFTA countries showed that each country has a rather narrow specialization in export deliveries. For example, Switzerland sells chocolate, alcoholic drinks, cheese on foreign markets; Norway and Iceland - mainly fish and fish products. The EU are the main EFTA's trade partners. The market of agrarian production is rather closed, and not only due to the high custom duties, but also due to technical barriers and other not tariff restrictions. Features of integration processes in the EFTA's are studied. The agreement on free trade between the Customs Union (CU) and ЕАFТ will allow the CU countries to get a new format of mutual relations between the member countries of other associations. The positive moment is in expansion of opportunities of the member countries of the CU to increase the commodity circulation with the countries EFTA, having found the niche in the markets of these countries.
