In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were presented results of electrophoretic analysis of spare proteins of seeds of new variety samples of goat's rue (Galega orientalis L.): SEG-1, SEG-2, BSAA-2, KV-T and BSAA-KB, – created in the Belarusian State Agricultural Academy. The analysis of spectrums of electrophoregram according to variety peculiarities showed the difference in the component composition of protein depending on the genotype of variety sample. Thus, in variety sample SEG-1 we saw differences in polypeptide composition (zone III), where we noticed the absence of the band 41 kDa and increase in the content of bands 44 and 39 kDa. In variety sample SEG-2 (zone II), unlike other examined variety samples, there is a doublet of polypeptides 45 and 43 kDa. In variety samples BSAA-2, KV-T and BSAA-KB, the distinctive feature of electrophoregram of seeds proteins was the appearance of new minor band 73 kDa (zone I). Besides, variety samples KV-T and BSAA-KB had increased content of polypeptides of 25, 30 and 32 kDa. All the examined variety samples had also intra-variety differences. The highest intra-variety polymorphism was noted in variety samples SEG-2 and BSAA-2, which had 5 biotypes in the structure of the variety. The least polymorphous was variety sample KVT with two biotypes. Average polymorphism was noted in variety samples BSAA-KB (3 biotypes) and SEG-1 (4 biotypes). The biggest differences between biotypes of the same variety sample were noted in the intensity of colouring of protein's components. The highest changeability in the degree of distinctness of protein's components in biotypes was noted in zones I (66–110 kDa) and IV (30–31 kDa).
