The influence of probiotic Bioplus 2B on biocenosis of gastrointestinal tract of new-born calves | Влияние пробиотика Биоплюс 2Б на биоценоз желудочно-кишечного тракта новорожденных телят

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were presented results of research into the probiotic Bioplus 2B for the formation and correction of biocenosis of gastrointestinal tract of calves towards the prevalence of bifido- and lactic acid bacteria. Application of probiotic Bioplus 2B positively influenced biochemical indicators of animals' blood. Research results suggest that the introduction of probiotic 'Bioplyus 2B' to calves of the experimental group allowed to realise the correction of microbiocenosis gastrointestinal towards predominance of bifidobacteria and lactic acid bacteria approximately 109-1010 CFU / g and approximately 109-1010 CFU / g, respectively, which significantly exceeded similar rates of calves in the control group and led to lower content of Escherichia coli. It also has a positive effect on hematological and biochemical parameters of blood of animals. The experiment shows that replacement therapy played great role in the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal diseases of young and associated cocurrent processes high value. The replacement therapy was aimed at restoring intestinal biocenosis by regulatory administration of live bacteria - representatives of the normal intestinal microflora. Therefore, probiotic preparation 'Bioplyus 2B ' can be used for formation and correction intestinal biocenosis of newborn calves.
