In course of the research there was resulted the developed economic-mathematical, analytical model of optimization of the sizes of economic centers of industrial divisions of agricultural organizations. Various author's opinions on definition of the sizes of rural settlements were analyzed. The optimum sizes of the economic centers of industrial divisions of the agricultural organizations of the Republic of Belarus were established. Important point in a substantiation of the optimum sizes of the economic centers of industrial divisions was the account of territorial conditions of land tenure. In this connection it was revealed, that the optimum sizes of the economic centers of industrial divisions on number of inhabitants with change of compactness of territory from a square to a rectangle (with a parity of the parties 1:2) and land tenure of an economy from a rectangle (with a parity of the parties 1:2) to a rectangle (with a parity of the parties 1:4) decreased accordingly on 14 and 7%, and at mixture of the central manor of a farm from the land tenure centre for its periphery (the middle to a diagonal floor) - on the average on 7%. Tillage territory level rendered considerable influence on the optimum sizes of the economic centers. As a result of realized research it was revealed that with increase of territory tillage of industrial division with 40 to 55% the optimum sizes of the economic centers increased more than by 10%.
