In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were described methods of producing of erythrocytic diagnostic test system for Pasteurella (Pasteurella multocida) of pigs, and also there was described a scheme of development of a red cell-linked-antigen test (indirect hemagglutination test). In course of the study there was realized a development of indirect hemagglutination test diagnosticum for the determination of titers of antibodies in blood serum of swine to Pasteurella multocida. In course of the study there were presented research results on the development of parameters of preparation of sensibilized erythrocytes and development of indirect hemagglutination test for the determination of titers of antibodies to Pasteurella. Research results showed that the most optimal scheme of sensibilization of erythrocytes by longevity and titer of positive serum was the scheme of application of chromium chloride. Positive results were also obtained after thermal sensibilization in the following regimen: temperature 56 deg C, pH 6.5, time of incubation – 40 minutes.
