In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus during the period 2000-2011 there was calculated the system of indicators, which includes the index of change in production of milk per capita, the index of change in consumption of milk per capita, the index of correlation to the scientific norm. There was calculated the coefficient of actual consumption, the coefficient of normative consumption, the volume of production of milk per capita, as well as the forecast of realization of the main types of dairy production. On the basis of analysis of these indicators there were developed regularities and peculiarities of the change in the dynamics of the dairy products market in the Republic of Belarus. The governing conditions for market mastering include producing of higher relative quality of dairy products taking into account the consumers needs. At present there is a strengthening of concentration of the enterprises of the dairy industry: the supervised state small and unprofitable enterprises join to larger, efficiently working, thus integration of the milk-processing enterprises is made. In parallel the self-contained consolidation of producers of dairy production began, the Union of milk producers was created.
