中国人. 瓦氏雅罗鱼为达里诺尔湖的主要经济鱼类,具有很强的耐盐碱性,本文主要对生活于盐碱水域(达里诺尔湖)和淡水域(岗更湖)中的瓦氏雅罗鱼的Na+,K+-ATP酶活性进行了比较研究,旨在为探索瓦氏雅罗鱼耐盐碱机理做基础研究,同时也为瓦氏雅罗鱼的引种、放流和人工池塘养殖方面的研究提供科学依据。研究结果表明达里诺尔湖瓦氏雅罗鱼鳃丝组织的Na+,K+-ATP酶活性显著高于岗更湖瓦氏雅罗鱼鳃丝组织的N酶活性(P〈0.01),而肝和肌肉组织的Na+,K+-ATP酶活性无显著差异(P〉0.05);同一水域中瓦氏雅罗鱼鳃丝组织Na+,K+-ATP酶活性显著高于肝和肌肉组织Na+,K+-ATP酶活性(P〈0.01);而肝和肌肉组织Na+,K+-ATP酶活性无显著差异(P〉0.05)。

Valsalva Jarraud fish is Dalinuoer Lake the main economic fish,Strong patience of acid alkali,This article focuses on life in salt water(Dalinuoer Lake) and freshwater domains(Ganggeng Lake) in the Valsalva Jarraud fish of Na+,K+-ATP activity in a comparative study,To explore the mechanism of Valsalva Jarraud fish salinity to do basic research,but also for the introduction Valsalva Jarraud fish,releasing and artificial breeding research provide a scientific basis.The results show that Dalinuoer Lake Valsalva Jarraud fish gill tissue Na+,K+-ATP activity was significantly higher than ganggeng lake Valsalva Jarraud fish gill tissue of the Na+,K+-ATP a ctivity(P0.01),The liver and muscle tissue Na+,K+-ATP activity was no significant difference(P0.05);the same waters in the Valsalva dace gill tissue Na+,K+-ATP activity was significantly higher than liver and muscle tissue Na+,K+-ATP activity(P0.01);and liver and muscle Na+,K+-ATP activity was no significant difference(P0.05).
