EFFECT OF LOW TEMPERATURE STRESS ON PHYSIOLOGICAL AND BIOCHEMICAl INDEXES OF FOUR BECKWELL SPECIES | 低温胁迫对4个柏科植物品种生理生化的影响

中国人. 以金色侧柏、绿色侧柏、蓝色天空和蓝箭4个柏科植物品种为试材,分别在0℃、-10℃、-20℃、-30℃、-40℃低温胁迫处理后,测定其叶片的细胞膜透性、可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量,探讨其生理生化指标的变化及抗寒性。结果表明,随温度的降低,4种柏科植物的相对电导率值、脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量总体均呈升高趋势。通过拟合Logistic方程,得出金色侧柏、绿色侧柏、蓝色天空、蓝箭等4种植物的LT50分别为-23.57℃、-29.7℃、-32.32℃、-38.99℃,4个柏科植物的抗寒性强弱分别为:蓝箭〉蓝色天空〉绿色侧柏〉金色侧柏。

Under the low temperature stress , 1 -year- old doimant branches of four beckwell species were used as test materials to determine the electro -conductivities, soluble sugar, and proline content. They are Juniperus formosana Blue Arrow, Platycladus orien- talisGreen oriental, Juniperus scopulorumBlue Heaven'and Platycladus oriental Golden oriental: The aim is to study the changes of physiological and biochemical indexes and the cold resistance of different plants. Results show that the value of the relative conductivity , proline (Pro) content, the soluble sugar content has been increasing in the temperature decreases. According to Logistic equation fit- ting, the semi - lethal low temperatures were - 23.57℃, - 29.7℃, - 32.32'E, - 38.99℃. The four beckwell types of plant cold tol- erance of pruning intensity as follows : Blue arrow 〉 Blue sky 〉 Gold Platycladus orientalis 〉 Green Platycladus orientalis.
