中国人. 利用实验室已建立并鉴定的两种质粒即不含转座子元件的普通载体plox―EGF―lacS和含有转座元件的乳腺特异性表达嗜热菌糖苷酶的载体ZGL―LACS―EN对牛胎儿成纤维细胞进行转染,筛选得到含有目的基因的单克隆用于核移植实验。对两种质粒的转染筛选结果表明,常规线性化质粒筛选单克隆效率很低,但多数细胞状态稍好于转座子载体转染筛选的单克隆。

Use the two kinds of plasmid that contains no transposon elements common carrier plox - EGF - lacS and containing a transposable element of mammary gland specific expression of thermophilic bacteria glycosidase vector ZGL - LACS - EN which has bocn established and characterlized by the laboratory,to transfect the bovine fetal fibroblasts, get the monoclonal that containing target gene by screening for nuclear transplantation experiments. The results of screening of the two kinds of plasmid show that, the conventional linear plasmid screening of monoctonal efficicncy is very low, hut the majority of cell state are slightly better than a transposon vector transfecfion screening monoclonal.
