Design and experiment of solar greenhouse sludge drying system | 温室太阳能污泥干化系统的设计及试验研究

中国人. 为提高污水处理厂污泥处理处置水平，探求温室太阳能和热泵技术在污泥干化领域的应用方法，设计一种新型温室太阳能污泥干化系统。该系统主要由温室、翻泥机、辅助热源、通风系统、保温系统组成。在河南地区对系统的核心部件，扰流风机、翻泥机和热泵系统进行了热性能试验研究。结果表明：扰流风机扰乱了温室内部的温度分布，使上部的热能向下部流动，温室底部温度提升了3～5℃；在本研究涉及的风速范围内，风速为2～6m／s时对污泥干化起促进作用，6～8m／s时，干化含水率减小缓慢，此时对污泥干化系统扰动较大。翻泥机翻泥的时间间隔与温室内热能相关，间隔为30～70min范围内与干化含水率存在线性关系；在太阳能不足的冬季使用水源热泵系统较使用空气源热泵系统污泥干化含水率提高了11％，双系统较水源热泵系统提高了8％。试验验证结果表明：1000m。的温室污泥干化系统，日均处理污泥约10t。

In order to improve the technology for sludge treatment of sewage treatment plants, and explore the application methods of solar greenhouse and heat pump technology in the field of sludge drying, a new system of Greenhouse sludge dry treatment was designed. It is mainly composed of greenhouse, sludge turner, auxiliary heating source,ventilation system, insulation system etc. An experiment was carried on the key parts of system such as turbulent flow fan, sludge turner, heat pump system. The thermal properties of greenhouse was tested in Henan province. The results showed that the turbulent flow fan disrupted the normal temperature of greenhouse and forced the heat energy flow down. As a result, the temperature increased 3- 5 ℃ at the bottom of greenhouse. The turbulent flow fan could block sludge drying prominently beyond the velocity of 6 m/s. The time interval of turning sludge had a linear relationship with the sludge drying moisture content in the range of 30 - 70 minutes, though it depented on the heat energy inside of greenhouse. The rate of sludge drying moisture content increased by 11% when the system ran with the water source pump than the air source heat pump＇s, while the rate increased by 8% with dual systems, even in the winter. The test showed that the system with 1 000 m2 could deal with the sludge about 10 tons per day.
