中国人. 【目的】研究春季施氮量和施氮时期对川芎采收期形态特征、干物质积累与分配、产量及主要药用成分的影响,为川芎生产科学施肥提供理论依据。【方法】采用施氮时期和氮肥用量二因素随机区组设计的田间试验方法。【结果】春季追施氮肥的时期和数量均在一定程度上影响川芎的生长发育、干物质积累与分配、产量和总生物碱与阿魏酸含量,适时施适量施氮肥可在一定程度上增加川芎收获期的株高和单株茎数,延长最长根长,增加干物质积累量,并提高根茎的干物质分配率和根冠比,从而提高川芎产量以及总生物碱和总阿魏酸含量。【结论】适时施适量施氮肥可在一定程度上提高川芎产量以及总生物碱和总阿魏酸含量,以3月6日施53.0kg N/hm. 尿素(31.8kg N/hm. )最适宜。

[Objective] The objective of this study was to apply a theoretical basis of the scientific fertilization for high yield and high quality, according to study the effects of nitrogen topdressing date and rate in spring on dry matter accumulation and its distribution, yield, total alkaloid and ferulic acid content of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. [Method] Field experiment with randomized block design was conducted. [Results] The nitrogen topdressing date and rate in the next spring have both effect on growth, dry matter accumulation and its distribution, yield, total alkaloid and ferulic acid content of Ligusticurn chuanxiong Hort. Appropriate nitrogen topdressing rate in early spring can increase the plant height, tiller number, root length, dry weight per plant and the distribution rate to rhizome, so as the yield, total alkaloid and ferulic acid content of rhizome. [Conclusion] Appropriate nitrogen topdressing rate in early spring can increase the yield, total alkaloid and ferulic acid content of rhizome of Ligusticurn chuanxiong Hort. The most suitable method is about 31.8 kg N/hm. topdressing in March 6. h.
