中国人. 选用普通羊油做原料,采用皂化和复分解法,研究脂肪酸钙的制备方法。结果表明:试验最佳条件为羊油:NaOH:CaCl2=1:0.4:0.3,反应温度85℃,皂化3h,复分解2h,可生成白色粉末状脂肪酸钙;解析其红外谱图发现,2919cm-1和2852cm-1强吸收峰为脂肪链中甲基、亚甲基的C-H伸缩振动峰,1577~1540cm-1区域出现的2个偶合峰归属于羧酸根负离子的伸缩振动峰;化学分析法测定出脂肪酸钙中Ca2+含量为6.14%。

The white powder fatty acid calcium was produced by saponification and metathesis reaction. After a single factor experiment, the optimum reaction condition was confirmed as follows: m tallow : m NaOH : m CaCl2=1:0.4:0.3, reaction temperature 85℃, time of saponification 3h, time of metathesis reaction 2h. The absorption peaks of infrared spectra in 2919、2852 cm-1 were attributable to methyl, methylene of aliphatic chain, the absorption peaks in 1577~1540 cm-1 was attributable to carboxylate anion. Chemical analysis showed that the content of Ca2+ in fatty acid calcium was 6.14 %.
