Export development subject had growing concerns for Egyptian economic policy particularly in recent years in order to overcome the deficit in the balance of trade, which increased from about $ 8.1 million is during the average period (1990-1999) to about $ 10.9 million in average during the period (2000-2009). Contributes to the agricultural trade balance deficit in this disorder was equivalent to 13.8% during the period (2000-2009) because Egypt is a net agricultural importer with a value of almost $ 1.5 million. In addition, the value of agricultural exports accounted to about 10.7% of the value of total exports, amounting to about $ ll.8 million average for the same period. Therefore any attempt aimed to increase in Egyptian exports to contribute to the achievement of development goals and building a strong national economy that supports Egypts role globally. The problem of the study was low in the Egyptian exports of agricultural products in general. Horticultural crops, in particular compared to the available productive energies, decreased its share of agricultural exports from total exports of about 13% average for the period (1990-1999) to about 10.7% average for the period (2000-2009), in spite of the increasing global demand. this means that the Egyptian exports of which are growing at rates hoped for and threatens the development of Egyptian exports of those crops if not kept pace with export of Egyptian agricultural products global counterparts. It is the objective of the present study, therefore, to identify the most important determinants of exports of horticultural crops in global markets. the study has also used descriptive and quantitative methods such as simple linear regression and multiple stepwise, and Piecewise liner Regression the study data has been derived from the concerned authorities and all bodies and ministries, also used global databases of the Internet of each of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and the United Nations (UN)in addition to the raw data from the results of a questionnaire were obtained from some companies in the field of export.
