69 grapevine varieties were introduced by Russia in Iran in 2002. After a quarantine testing in Seed and Plant Improvement Institute (SPII), cuttings were prepared from them and transferred to the Takestan Grapevine Research Station nursery for two years rooting. One copy of these cutting had been sent to the Uremia Research Center. In the fourth-year note yield began attributes such as time of flowering, completion of pollination stages, fruit ripening, fruit and leaves morphology, TSS, TA, PH, TSS/TA, winter frost, and other characteristics were evaluated. There was most diversity among varieties in berry shape, berry color, berry juice color, being downy leaves, shot berry, cluster arrangement, TSS, pH, TA and TSS / TA.In mean comparison of fruit ripening, genotypes numbers 6 and 36 with 189 and 192 day respectively were the late genotype and genotype number 12 with 142 day was the ripening early genotype. Genotypes number 20, 31 and 59 respectively with 23.5, 23.05 and 25.16 mm in berry length, genotypes number13, 20 and 59, respectively with 18.3, 18.8 and 18.5 mm in berry width, genotypes numbers 31, 39, 64,71 and 72, respectively with 24, 25.6, 29, 28.8 and 24 cm in cluster length, genotypes numbers 32, 39 and 59, respectively with 15.83, 5.16 and 15.83 cm in cluster width, genotypes numbers 59 and 67, respectively with 6.63 and 5.63 gram in berry weight and number 5 with the highest average number of 54 clusters per plant, were the best genotypes. Genotypes number10, 23 and 64, respectively, with 8.7, 9.12 and 7.5 kilograms per plant were the best genotype in yield. Most varieties were highly resistant to winter frost.
