In order to study of non-chemical methods potential to corn fields weed suppression, an experiment was conducted in 1389 at 3 locations: Karaj, Miandoab and Ahvaz; Iran. Experimental treatments were corn planting systems( single vs. twine- row) as main plot, corn cultivar(including: Sc 260, Sc 500 and Sc 704) and density(including: recommended, 15% and 30% more than recommended density) as sub-plot. The experiment was arranged as split plot with 4 replications. Results indicated that weed density and biomass were more in single in compare with twin-row corn. In addition, corn yield was more in twin-row than single-row system. Weed density and biomass were reduced with increasing of corn density. Results indicated that 15% treatment was better to weed suppression than recommended density and 30% more than it. Although, Sc704 was the best cultivar for weed suppression and corn grain production, but there were no significant differences between cultivars.
