Introduction of new cultivars and genotypes are a main reason for increasing of grain yield of agricultural production in recent years. This study was carried out to compare two promising local rice lines (No.2 and 97) with two cultivars (Sazandegi, and Zayanderoud) as checks, in three location of Isfahan province (Zarrinshar, Felavarjan and Mobarakeh), in Farmers condition The experiment design was complete block with four replication The results of analysis and variance showed that, In Zarrin-shahr site, there were significant differences (p 0.05) between varieties in terms of grain yield, 1000 kernel weight, length of panicle, plant height, stem diameter, days to heading and maturity, unfilled grain percent and lodging, but no significant differences in term of number of grain per panicle. Maximum grain yield obtained from Zayanderoud (8.125 t/ha). In Felavarjan site, genotypes resulted in significant differences in terms of grain yield, 1000 kernel weight, plant height, and days to heading and lodging, but no significant differences in terms of number of grain per panicle, stem diameter, days to maturity and unfilled grain percent. Maximum grain yield (8.030 t/ha) obtained from line No. 97. In Mobarekeh site there were no significant differences between varieties in terms of number of grain per panicle, panicle length, plant height and days to maturity but varieties showed significant differences in other parameters. In this site line No. 2 produced the highest grain yield (7.505 t/ha). Also there were significant differences between varieties in terms of grain yield, 1000-kernel weight, panicle length, plant height, stem diameter, days to heading and maturity, percent of unfilled grain and lodging. Also interactions of placeâ__ Ø£ cultivars influenced significantly (p0.05) grain yield, days to heading and maturity and lodging. The results of quality test showed that, all genotypes were good quality. Due to high cooking quality and quantity, line No. 2 could be extended as new cultivars in Isfahan province and similar meteorological regions like Fars and Lorestan.
