The aim of the PhD thesis is to develop the modelling approach and determine the influence of different mutation types on the structure evolution of biochemical networks of non-coherent importance by means of developed modelling approach. In order to achieve the aim of the present doctoral thesis several tasks were solved: 1) the methods of the structural analysis of biochemical networks and the methods of their representation were examined; 2) the evolution process of biochemical networks and the factors influencing it was studied; 3) the computer modelling approaches of structure evolution of biochemical networks were analyzed; 4) the existing software tools designated for the computer modelling of biochemical networks and for the analysis of their structure were explored; 5) the simplified algorithm and the structure analysis criterions were developed and implemented in software tool prototype for the purpose of imitating to a genome attached structure evolution of biochemical networks; 6) the experiments were carried out aimed to imitate the evolution of to a genome attached structure of biochemical networks that describes the processes of equal or different importance; 7) the influence on the structure evolution of each separate type of mutations and the influence of simultaneously operating several mutation types were analysed using computer model; 8) the topological parameters were determined which characterise applicability of the model of biochemical networks.

拉脱维亚语. Promocijas darba mērķis ir izstrādāt datormodelēšanas pieeju un ar tās palīdzību noteikt dažāda tipa mutāciju ietekmi uz neviendabīga svarīguma bioķīmisko tīklu struktūras evolūciju. Promocijas darba izstrādes procesā tika realizēti vairāki uzdevumi: 1) izpētītas bioķīmisko tīklu strukturālās analīzes metodes un to attēlošanas paņēmieni; 2) izpētīts bioķīmisko tīklu evolūcijas process un to ietekmējošie faktori; 3) izpētītas bioķīmisko tīklu evolūcijas datormodelēšanas pieejas; 4) izpētīti esošie bioķīmisko tīklu datormodelēšanas un to struktūru analizējošie programmatūras rīki; 5) izstrādāts un ieviests programmatūras rīka prototipā genomam piesaistītas bioķīmisko tīklu struktūras evolūciju imitējošs vienkāršots algoritms un struktūras analīzes kritēriji; 6) izpildīti genomam piesaistītas bioķīmisko tīklu struktūras, kas apraksta vienāda un jaukta svarīguma procesus, evolūcijas datoreksperimenti; 7) ar datormodeļa palīdzību analizēta atsevišķu mutāciju tipu un vienlaicīgi vairāku mutāciju tipu ietekme uz struktūras evolūciju; 8) noteikti bioķīmiskā tīkla modeļa pielietojamību raksturojošie topoloģiskie parametri.
