Development of a construction of the roller's clamp of a debarker | Разработка конструкции прижима вальцов окорочного станка

A constructive solution of the kinematic scheme of the mechanism of the pressing of the rollers of the machine with hydraulic-pneumatic drive for use with automatic tracking control type is developed. In the suggested system an elastic element serves at the same time as the contact force sensor. A simulation model of the mechanical system of the rollers' clamp is offered. A model oriented language package Simscape, implemented a relatively new concept of the "physical modeling" was used for its development. The optimization of parameters of the pressing mechanism of the rollers by minimization of an error of log centering criteria was fulfilled by means of MatLab. The following values are received: length of the lever of synchronization – 1.13 m, a tilt angle of the lever of a valets – 59.17 degrees, length of arms of the lever of rollers – 0.13 m, length of the lever of rollers – 0.46 m, tilt angles of an arm of the lever for the top and bottom valets – 34 and the 146 degrees respectively, distance between axes of bracket of the rollers lever – 1.26 m. Also the minimum inclination from a symmetry axis is reached at disclosure of the rollers, and reaches only 2.5 mm which is significant advantage compared with earlier known models. Implementation of simulation model of the mechanical system of the rollers' clamp in a computer program allows to optimize the parameters of the pressing mechanism and can be used for studies of the hydraulic-pneumatic drive of the working bodies of the debarkers.

Разработано конструктивное решение кинематической схемы механизма прижима вальцов станка с гидропневмоприводом, предназначенное для использования с системой автоматического управления следящего типа. В предлагаемой системе упругий элемент одновременно служит датчиком усилия прижима. Предложена имитационная модель механической системы прижима вальцов. Для ее разработки был использован модельно ориентированный язык пакета Simscape, реализующий концепцию т.н. "физического моделирования". Средствами MatLab выполнена оптимизация параметров механизма прижима вальцов по критерию минимизации ошибки центрирования бревна. Получены следующие значения: длина рычага синхронизации – 1,13 м, угол наклона рычага вальца – 59,17 град., длигна кронштейнов рычага вальцов – 0,13 м, длина рычага вальцов – 0,46 м, углы наклона кронштейна рычага для верхнего и нижнего вальца – 34 и 146 град. соответственно, расстояние между осями подвеса рычага вальцов – 1,26 м. При этом достиается минимальное отклонение от оси симметрии при раскрытии вальцов, составляющее всего 2,5 мм, что является значительным преимуществом по сравнению с ранее известными моделями. Реализация в компьютерной программе имитационной модели механической системы прижима вальцов позволяет оптимизировать параметры механизма прижима и может быть использована для исследования работы гидропневмопривода рабочих органов окорочных станков.
