英语. The effectiveness of transplant technique of obtaining the reproductive seeds without cultivation of mother roots was tested. The experiments were held in 2008-2010. The seeds were sown in 8 x 8 cm containers in the first ten-days of July to obtain stecklings of 20-30 mm in diameter by autumn. Before the frosts the containers were placed on shelves in a refrigeration compartment for vernalization. The refrigeration compartment temperature was maintained at 0...+1 deg C at 95% relative air humidity. After vernalization stecklings' survival rate in a storage room made 97%, and that of mature mother roots made 65% because of heavy affection by bacterial rot of celery and botritis disease. By transplanting time the stecklings from containers had a well-developed root system, 5-7 leaves, weight of 8-10 g, height of 18-22 cm, hypocotyl thickness was not less than 8-20 mm; the planting layout was as following: (90 + 50) x 25 cm (47619 plants per ha). The control group consisted of mature mother roots from early March sowing, stored in a refrigeration compartment since October 20 and planted in a row according to 70 x 30 cm layout (28572 plants per ha). The transplant technique of celeriac seed production ensured the yield increase at 0.2 t per ha with 82% germination rate and 0.53 g thousand-seed weight compared to the control. Grown by the transplant technique, the seed roots developed according to the first and second types of development, they revealed a strongly pronounced central shoot, and the first order shoots were located in the lower part of the plant.

俄语. Испытывали эффективность рассадного способа для получения репродукционных семян без выращивания маточников. Опыты проводили в 2008-2010 гг. Для получения штеклингов семена сеяли в кассеты размером 8х8 см в первой декаде июля, чтобы к осени получить штеклинги диаметром 20-30 мм. Перед заморозками кассеты расставляли на стеллажи в холодильной камере для прохождения яровизации. В холодильной камере поддерживали температуру 0…+1 град. С и относительную влажность воздуха 95%. Сохранность штеклингов после яровизации в хранилище составила 97%, полновозрастных маточников 65% из-за сильного поражения корнеплодов бактериальной гнилью сельдерея и серой гнилью. Штеклинги из кассет ко времени высадки имели хорошо развитую корневую систему, 5-7 листьев, её масса составляла 8-10 г, высота 18-22 см, толщина гипокотиля не менее 8-20 мм; высаживали по схеме (90 + 50) x 25 см (47619 раст./га). Контролем служили полновозрастные маточные корнеплоды от посева в начале марта, хранившиеся с 20 октября в холодильной камере, которые высаживали рядовым способом по схеме 70 x 30 см (28572 раст./га). Рассадный способ получения семян сельдерея корневого обеспечил прибавку урожая 0,2 т/га со всхожестью 82% и массой 1000 шт. семян 0,53 г по сравнению с контролем. При рассадном способе выращивания семян семенники развивались по 1-му и 2-му типам, у них отмечался ярко выраженный центральный побег, побеги 1-го порядка располагались в нижней части.
