Influence of microfertilizer and regulators on elemental composition of grain of a spring wheat | Влияние микроудобрения и регуляторов на элементный состав зерна яровой пшеницы

Considered is the effect of tank mixtures of different disinfectants with microfertilizer Tenso Cocktail and growth regulators Rostok and Emistim in seed treatment on the content of calcium, iron, manganese, copper, zinc and molybdenum in the grain of spring wheat varieties Irgina. Researches were conducted in 2009–2011 on fields of the Tyumen region. Plot area of each variant was 6 hectares. In the experience combinations of the disinfectant Vincit Forte (1 l/t) with the microfertilizer Tenso Cocktail (200 g/t) and regulators Rostok (0.5 l/t) and Emistim (1 ml/t) were tested. Experience scheme is as follows: 1. without processing of seeds; 2. Vincit Forte; 3. Vincit Forte + Tenso Cocktail; 4. Vincit Forte + Rostok; 5. Vincit Forte + Emistim; 6. Vincit Forte + Tenso Cocktail + Rostok; 7. Vincit Forte + Tenso Cocktail + Emistim. The maintenance of elements was decided on the nuclear and absorbing spectrometer "ConterAA 300" with atomization in a flame and on the nuclear and absorbing spectrometer "MGA 915" with electrothermal atomization. The content of calcium, iron, manganese and molybdenum in grain of spring wheat in 2009 considerably exceeded that of the next years, and the content of copper, on the contrary, had the lowest value since this year the soil drought and high temperatures of air were observed. Weather conditions have no impact on the content of zinc. The seed treatment raises the content of iron, manganese, zinc and molybdenum in grain, and reduces the content of calcium and copper. The addition of microfertilizer to disinfectant reduces the content of calcium, manganese, copper, zinc and molybdenum in grain. The use of regulators in the tank mix with a disinfectant raises the content of calcium, and reduces the content of the remaining studied elements. The addition of growth regulators in the tank mix to the disinfectant raises the content of calcium and manganese, but reduces the content of iron and copper. The regulator Rostok in a 3-component mix raises the content of zinc and molybdenum, and the regulator Emistim reduces it. The content of iron in spring wheat grain exceeded the maximum allowable level: in the control – 1.13 times, in the experimental variants – 1.58-2.30 times. No excess of the allowable level of the content of other elements is observed.

Исследования проводились в 2009–2011 гг. на полях в Тюменской обл. Площадь делянки каждого варианта составляла 6 га. В опыте испытывались сочетания протравителя Винцит Форте (1 л/т) с микроудобрением Тенсо-Коктейль (200 г/т) и регуляторами Росток (0,5 л/т) и Эмистим (1 мл/т). Схема опыта: 1. без обработки семян; 2. Винцит Форте; 3. Винцит Форте + Тенсо-Коктейль; 4. Винцит Форте + Росток; 5. Винцит Форте + Эмистим; 6. Винцит Форте + Тенсо-Коктейль + Росток; 7. Винцит Форте + Тенсо-Коктейль + Эмистим. Содержание элементов определялось на атомно-абсорбционном спектрометре "ConterAA 300" с атомизацией в пламени и атомно-абсорбционном спектрометре "МГА 915" с электротермической атомизацией. Содержание кальция, железа, марганца и молибдена в зерне яровой пшеницы в 2009 г. значительно превышало таковое в последующие годы, а содержание меди, наоборот, имело самое низкое значение, так как в этом году наблюдалась почвенная засуха и высокие температуры воздуха. На содержание цинка погодные условия не оказали влияния. Протравливание семян повышает содержание в зерне железа, марганца, цинка и молибдена, а кальция и меди снижает. Добавление к протравителю микроудобрения снижает содержание в зерне кальция, марганца, меди, цинка и молибдена. Применение регуляторов в баковой смеси с протравителем повышает содержание кальция, а остальных изучаемых элементов снижает. Добавление регуляторов роста в баковую смесь к протравителю и микроудобрению повышает содержание кальция и марганца, но снижает содержание железа и меди. Регулятор Росток в 3-компонентной смеси повышает содержание цинка и молибдена, а регулятор Эмистим — снижает. Содержание железа в зерне яровой пшеницы превышало максимально допустимый уровень: в контроле – в 1,13 раза, в опытных вариантах – в 1,58-2,30 раза. Превышения допустимого уровня содержания других микроэлементов не отмечено.
