Development and introduction of scientifically well-founded methods of molecular genetic markers use for the purpose of an estimation and formation of optimal population structure will significantly improve the productivity of herds and preserve the breeds' gene pool. Immunogenetic typing of animals was performed using standards of polymorphic protein systems - serum arylesterase (AEs), alkaline phosphatase (Ap), passed a number of international comparative tests.
