To perform a comparative analysis of existing methods and techniques for stress resistance poultry selection we conducted a patent search, the search for scientific articles, teaching materials, authors' abstracts and other information sources. The topicality of the study is the need to find low-cost and high performance methods and techniques of poultry selection under the influence of technological stresses. As a result of the work we identified 4 methods of poultry stress determining: 2 instrumental and 2 pharmaceutical. For using of the instrumental methods for poultry stress resistance determining are applied 2 methods of bioelectric parameters definition. The paper presents the research and academic institutions involved in this problem.
