The aim of this study was to evaluate genotype by environment interaction (GEI) for growth traits in gilts maternal genotype in Slovenia. Animals were classified into different environments in which we calculate the breeding values for sires. If there is a genotype by environment interaction we expected a re-ranking of boars.
