A study on the effect of ion-beam implanting on the families/clones of eucalyptus | 离子注入对桉树不同家系单点生长的影响研究

中国人. 对广东江门罗坑镇52个月生15个桉树家系/无性系的性状进行研究与综合排序,结果表明:15个家系/无性系的树高、胸径、单株材积、冠幅、枝下高、分枝和树皮率在家系/无性系间均存在着显著到极显著差异;共有4个家系平均单株蓄积超过对照无性系平均值0.084 35m3/株;以隶属函数法评定综合生长水平,排名前3的家系分别是206、213和188号,此3家系平均隶属函数值也超过2个对照无性系的平均值,生长最差的家系是182号。经离子注入与非注入家系隶属函数法评价后表明,综合生长排名前5家系均为离子注入家系,说明离子注入是一种具有广谱性促进生长的诱变育种方式。
显示更多 [+] 显示较少 [-]英语. The growth traits of 15 eucalyptus families/clones aged 52 months in middle Guangdong were analysed. The results showed that there were significant differences in growth traits among the different families/ clones. 4 families’ single volume (SV) was more than the CK clone’s average value 0.084 35 m3/S, and the 3 best families were No. 206, No. 213 and No. 188, the average subordinative function value of the 3 families was superior to that of the CK clone, the worst family was No. 182. The results of the analysis of average subordinative function values of the families showed that the best excellent 5 families in the 15 families/clones were those treated by ion implanting, and the ion-beam implanting could improve the growth level and is a broad-spectrum method in the mutation breeding of Eucalyptus families.
