Isolation, identification and biological characterization of silicate bacteria | 硅酸盐细菌的分离、鉴定及其生物学特性研究

中国人. 采用硅酸盐细菌培养基分离法从全国采集的288份土样中分离出具有解钾能力的硅酸盐细菌8株,依据菌落形态、生理生化特性鉴定和16S rDNA全序列分析,它们被鉴定为胶质类芽孢杆菌(Paenibacillus mucilaginosus)。采用火焰亮度计测定其可溶性钾的含量,其中K1和K3菌株的解钾量分别比对照组高48.16%和56.57%,达到7.73μg/g和9.08μg/g。盆栽试验的结果表明,25d后K1提高玉米苗的根长、株高、叶宽和鲜质量分别达42.91%、18.88%、9.11%和116.73%,K3分别对应提高72.51%、22.81%、14.06%和198.51%。

Eight potassium-releasing strains were isolated from 288 soil samples collected from China by using the selective medium for silicate bacteria and identified into Bacillus mucilaginosus based on their morphological, physiological and biochemical properties and l6S rDNA sequences. Based on the analysis of soluble potassium by flame photometer among the 8 strains, the strains K1 and K3 could increase the potassium content in the liquid medium by 48.10% and 56.57% compared with control. In pot experiment, after 25 days K1 could increase the root length, plant height, leaf width and fresh weight of corn seedling by 42.91%, 18.88%, 9.11% and 116.73%, and K3 could increase the correspondents by 72.51%, 22.81%, 14.06% and 198.51% compared with the control.
