中国人. 植物细胞和环境之间的水分交换是一个复杂的过程,这不仅涉及到细胞膜两侧的水势差,而且由于细胞膜通常都不是理想的半透膜导致两种后果,一是水分的越膜运输还伴随着离子转移,二是渗透势对于水分的驱动力和同等大小的压力势对越膜水流的作用是不等效的,这就使得有关的分析计算变得很复杂。但是,在研究细胞膜上水通道对于细胞膜的水的透性作用时,就必须进行这种分析计算。目前国内相关的研究较少,更缺乏相关的理论分析方面的介绍,本文特就此问题作一概述。
