The antivenin and antitoxin are immunoglobulin G (IgG) which use against the venom of snake, scorpion or viral and bacterial toxin.In the world scorpion and snake bites range from and Global mortality range are per year. The antitoxin and antivenin used in human medicine to treat the patient and severe victims of the bite of snake and scorpion as a unique treatment due to who guideline. Antiserum made from plasma immunized horses with specific antigen, pooled plasma is processed to purify horse immunoglobulin G (IgG), fraction may be subjected enzymatic treatment to obtain F (ab) fragments. Three batches of snake hyper immunized plasma purified by routine and ultra filter method and the final product of both methods analytically compared together and quality of each product statistically evaluated. Our results showed that the total protein, pyrogeny level and time of purification in the final product of the new method significantly decreased ( P/./ ).
