Investigation and yield comparison of promissing spring bread wheat lines with wheat cultivars in onfarm conditions of Mazandaran;.

This study carried out to study and yield comparison of five spring promising lines which were obtained from ERWYT-91 including. N-91-8 , N-91-9 , N-91-10, N-91-14 and N-91-17 with check cultivars Morvarid and Gonbad. Beside of yield comparison , it was gotten tolerance type and rate to diseases in two different conditions ( Behshahr and Farim). Unfortunately was not obtained useful results because of frozen in winter and drought in flowering to harvesting date. Besides, these factors caused that wheat diseases were not showed. Whereas in Farim, wheat is planted one month earlier than Behshahr, then this project was sown in two different times with three replications in 12 square meters area. The agronomic data was done include; plant height, flowering duration, with diseases and after harvesting was weighted 1000 kernel weight and yield of plot in each location and then was done simple and combined analysis variance for each location and two locations respectively. Results showed that genotypes had not significant difference in 1% And 5% level in Behshahr and Farim. Whereas Locations became significant but genotypes could not show real yield potential like reply to diseases. By using of mean comparison with Duncan method was distinguished that No. 10 , 14 and 17 were superior lines than others but No. 8, 9 and 17 were favorable in diseases nurseries. Thus these lines were introduced to comparison with Gonbad in 93-94 in extension- research design. Key word: Bread wheat, Combined analysis, wheat diseases, Onfarm conditions.
