Ethanol is a clean and renewable energy sources. The use of ethanol in reducing environmental pollution instead of fossil fuels or mixed with fossil fuel were caused that production of ethanol from 50 million Cubic meters in 2007 to 85 million Cubic meters for the year 2012 show an increase. The present research compares the potential crops suitable for bio-ethanol production;bio-ethanol prices of agricultural crops production of ethanol from a hectare of sugar beet produced in spring and autumn; investigate the possibility of producing bio-ethanol from sugar beet biomass except sugars and molass and evaluation of ethanol production from molasses balancing along with sugar production. The results show that 39 percent ethanol produced from agricultural products containing sugars and molasses, 48 percent from corn, 10 percent from biomass based and 3 percent synthesis. Price of bio-ethanol production depends on annual crops, methods for preparing a fermented product, industrial methods of production and the production efficiency. Bio-ethanol efficiency per unit area for sugar beet (6.62), potatoe (3.55), maize (3.52), wheat (2.76), Triticaleu (2.23) and rye (2.03) cubic meters per hectareestimated. Studies show that the average cost of producing one hectare of sugar beet cultivation in spring and autumn, respectively, 92 and 89 million rials, with average yields of 37 and 48 tons per hectare, and sugarcontenet 17.5 and 13.3 is likely to produce about 3.3 and 3.2 cubic meters of ethanol per acre.. With the implementation of research recommendations to 5.4 cubic meters per hectare it can be increased.Addition of beet pulp production efficiency 0.25cubuc meters ethanol than one ton of dried pulp can be extracted. Producing bio-ethanol from sugar beet consists of two fixed costs and variable costs. To produce about 76 million liters of ethanol per year with assuming to produce 90 liters of ethanol from one thousand kilograms sugar beet with sugar content about 17, about 840 thousand tons of beet roots is needed andthe needed investment for establishment of bioethanol factory estimated about 119 million dollars. In conclusion, country's production and imports statistics show majority of agricultural production in other countries to supply ethanol production that for, we are forced to import. However, if fall plantingof sugar beets to aim ethanol production is activated to reduce air pollutionbecuse of mixing ethanol and gasoline and also it can be a good source of income for farmers, industry, and the country.
