For agronomy managements are using nitrogen and potash fertilizer, adventage this aime using rate and time fertilizers. This experiment was conducted to determine the best of nitrogen and potassium levels on promissing rice lines (Lines 4 and7). A study conducte to factorial split on based randomize complete block design in two years and six months (2011-2013). Main plots with factorial were nitrogen fertilizer in three levels such as 60, 90 and 120 Kg net nitrogen per hectars and potassium fertilizer in three levels such as zero, 50 and 100 Kg K2O per hectars, sub plot varieties in two levels such as line4 and line7. Plot size was 34أ meter and transplanting 3 to 4 plants per hill. In harvesting time after delete border effects harvested 6 squar meters in each plots. Combine analyses results for years showed significant difference on many characters such as number of tillers, panicles length, number of filled grains and plant height. Nitrogen factors significantly (at P=0.01) for all the traits studied. Interaction between nitrogen and potash show that significant many traits. Compaision means for yield on based Tokey methods showed that used 90 and 120 Kg N/ha with means 5182 and 5421 Kg/ha respectively. Compaision means for nitrogenأpotash shoed that for yield used 90 KgN/ha and 50 KgP/ha with mean 5636 Kg/ha. Finally we can recommend for for this rice lines use 90 KgN/ha (about 200 KgUrea/ha) and 50 KgK2O/ha potash based on potassium solphate in each hectars.
