In order to study the comparison of corn forage yield in one (R1) and two rows(R2) cultivation methods and to investigate Nitrogen and Potassium use efficiency ,an experiment was conducted in Golpayegan agricultural research station. This trail was designed in randomized complete block with three replications for 3 years. Two cultivation methods (one row and two rows) were split and 4 Nitrogen levels and 4 Potassium levels were factorial. Nitrogen levels were: control (N0), recommendation (N1), 25(N2) and 50(N3) percent more than recommendation. Four Potassium levels were: control (K0), recommendation (K1), twice and triple of recommendation. Every year before performance of experiment was analyzed a complex soil sample and its physicochemical characteristics were determined. Plot dimension were (4.5*6) m2. Study of statistical analysis results showed that effect of cultivation method, treatments and Nitrogen levels on quantity yield were significant but effect of Potassium levels was not significant. Analysis of treatments showed that Nitrogen fertilizer treatments had a significant difference with the control. Average yield of 3 years in one row cultivation method for all treatments was 56454 kg/ha while in two rows method was 73214 kg/ha. Effect of cultivation method on 1000 grain weight, grain protein, K concentration of grain and bush was not significant. The highest and lowest grain yield was obtained by N2K2 and N0K2 respectively. The result of experiment showed variation between treatments effects, N2 was most effective while lowest yield was obtained by N0. Potassium was not significant.
