In order to determine the nutritional value of Vicia pannonica roughage in flowering phonological stages, 30 samples were collected including five repetition. chemical composition as well as the minerals content were measured. The in situ nylon bag technique was used to determine the ruminal kinetics parameters including rapidly soluble fraction (a), the potentially degradable (b) fraction and the constant rate of degradation (c). The results showed in flowering stage: 94.63, 16.11, 1.04, 35.98, 25.47 and 11.1 respectively. The Ca, P, Na and Mg content of Vicia pannonica were 1.33, 0.2, 0.01 and 0.17% , respectively and also the Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn were 679.64, 74.4, 27.94 and 54.87 ppm, respectively . As a livestock forage, the mineral content of Vicia pannonica were above the critical level with the exception of P and Na. Digestiblity of dry matter (DM), organic matter (OM), crude protein (CP), neutral detergent fiber (NDF), acid detergent fiber (ADF) and non fiber carbohydrate (NFC) of Vicia pannonica hay were 61.00, 59.00, 70.00, 37.00, 41.00 and 87.00%, respectively. The a, b and c of dry matter were 40.59, 42.08 and 0.11%, respectively and also the a, b and c of crud protein were 45.97 , 47.94 and 0.16%, respectively. Effective Degradability determined DM and CP in K=0.02 , K=0.05 , K=0.08 for 75.91, 69.08 64.46 89.66, 83.35 and 78 respectively. Key words :Chemical composition , Digestibility , Degradability , Vicia pannonica
