experiment was conducted to determine the effect of different levels of metabolizable energy (2.61, 2.4, 2.16mcal/kg) and crude protein (12.1, 11, 9.9%) of diets on yield rate, down diameter and length, follicles of Raeini male kids 54 goats with (six month ages, w 19.62 BW) in compeletly randomized design (ina 3.3 factoria (method) the experiment period was one year. Nine diests was used in the experiment and the diet was allo cated 6 male kids.Folicles and fleece from all animals was sampled to determine the effects of season on fleece characteristics. There was significantly difference between treatments for diameter, length and secondry to primary follicles ratio (P.05). The least down diameter belonged to diet contaning 2.4 ME, 9.9 CP Were of 17.69M. also Animals had the lowest diameter in the spring season and was of 17.93. The longest down length was obtained for diet with 2.9 ME, 12. 1CP.The down length and percent was in spring more than others. Goat kids fed on diet contaning 2.16 ME and 9.9 CP had highest S/P and was of 14.13. Key words:Cashmere goat-Diameter-Fleece weight-Raeini-Lenght fiber
