Gamma-globulin dynamics of calves' blood serum during the first three days of life depending on immunoglobulin level in colostrum of mother-cows | Динамика гамма-глобулинов сыворотки крови телят в первые три дня жизни в зависимости от уровня иммуноглобулинов молозива коров-матерей

俄语. В структуре заболеваний новорождённых телят основное место занимают нарушения функции пищеварения, проявляющиеся диареей. Одна из основных причин развития диареи новорождённых телят в первые дни жизни - низкий уровень иммуноглобулинов в молозиве коров-матерей (УИМ). Изучали становление иммунного статуса у новорождённых телят в зависимости от УИМ. Исследования проводились в 2 хозяйствах Алтайского края в осенне-зимний период (октябрь-февраль) на коровах (n = 19) черно-пёстрой породы в первые 3 дня после отёла, а также рожденных ими телятах (n = 21). Было установлено, что УИМ колеблется в зависимости от порядкового номера лактации и достигает максимума у коров 4-ой лактации. Такое молозиво можно рекомендовать для создания банка замороженного молозива с целью профилактики заболеваний новорождённых телят. При изучении УИМ в первые 9 удоев установлено, что оно снижается от 1-го к 3-му дню лактации. Выявлена слабая и средняя обратно пропорциональная корреляционная зависимость между УИМ и уровенем гамма-глобулинов в сыворотке крови телят в первые 3 дня жизни. Выявлено 4 типа динамики последнего показателя: нарастающий, спадающий, нарастающе-спадающий и спадающе-нарастающий.

英语. Digestion dysfunctions like diarrhea are the major health problems within newborn calves. One of the main causes of diarrhea development in newborn calves during the first days of their life is low immunoglobulin content in the colostrum of mother-cows (ICC). The immune status formation of newborn calves depending on the ICC has been studied. The studies were conducted on two farms in the Altai Region in autumn and winter period (October-February) with Black-Pied cows (n = 19) during the first three days after calving, and with their calves (n = 21). It was found that the ICC varied depending on the order number of lactation and the highest was detected in cows of the fourth lactation. Such colostrum may be recommended for the creation of frozen colostrum bank to prevent diseases in newborn calves. The study of ICC in first 9 milk yields revealed its decrease from the 1-st to the 3-rd day of lactation. The weak and moderate inverse correlation dependence between the level of gamma-globulins in calves' blood serum and the ICC during the first 3 days of life was found. Four dynamic types of latter parameter were revealed: growing, falling, growing-and-falling and falling-and-growing.
