Field test results of characteristics of some new fire extinguishing compositions are presented. Solubility, fire extinguishing and ability to suppress the fire were investigated. Recommendations on technology of preparation and use of their working solutions are given. The most effective fire extinguishing compositions for fighting forest fires with the use of various technical devices were specified.
