Response of dairy cows to protein fractions | Süt ineklerinin protein fraksiyonlarýna tepkileri

英语. Proteins are the most important factors affecting microbial growth and milk production at ruminant animals. The continuation of reproduction, growth and milk production in dairy cattle are possible with existence of amino acids that is the monomers of protein in diet. The importance of protein fraction to determine the protein requirements of ruminant animals, the utilization of nitrogenous sources consumed by dairy cattle with feedstuffs and their effects on milk production has been explained in this review. In conclusion; not only the amount of crude protein in diet but also the considering of protein fractions is very important in terms of fulfilling the maintenance and production requirements of dairy cattle.

土耳其. Proteinler, ruminant hayvanlarda mikrobiyal geliþim ve süt üretimini etkileyen en önemli faktörlerdendir. Süt ineklerinde üreme, büyüme ve süt üretiminin saðlanabilmesi, proteinlerin yapýtaþý olan esansiyel amino asitlerin varlýðý ile mümkündür. Bu derlemede, ruminant hayvanlarýn protein gereksinimlerinin belirlenmesinde kullanýlan protein fraksiyonlarýnýn süt inekleri için önemi, yemlerle alýnan azotlu bileþiklerin süt ineklerinde kullaným þekilleri ve bunun süt verimi üzerine etkileri açýklanmýþtýr. Sonuç olarak; süt ineklerinin beslenmesinde rasyonlarý oluþturan yemlerde yalnýzca ham protein miktarýnýn deðil protein fraksiyonlarýnýn da dikkate alýnmasýnýn süt ineklerinin yaþama ve verim payý ihtiyaçlarýnýn karþýlanmasý bakýmýndan önemli olduðu belirlenmiþtir.
